Got the skip on time and no hassle. Now I can’t get them to pick it up and it’s been on the customers drive for over a week. Some one please answer the phone.

Not the best company for customer service. Booked a mini skip on line then told after payment that this size of skip is not delivered to my area. Managed to get one delivered but two days after required, holding up work. The skip is still on my drive preventing access over a week later. I have been promised possible collections after numerous phone calls and none returned calls. The impression so far is "can't be bothered" will collect when we feel like it. Don't use them.

Rude and uninterested. Booked a skip but it didn't turn up when I called didn't seem to have a record of the booking and didn't return any calls to try and resolve the issue. I now have a pile of rubbish out side of my business thanks guys.

Brilliant Service, delivered within about an hour - thank you Down graded to 3 stars as they don't seem to want to collect it. Really needed it gone but still there
